Social Media Manager
Position: Social Media Manager
Contract: Full Time
Location: Remote (WFH) with team members based in Sydney with monthly in person meetings
Work Style: Flexible hours in a collaborative, supportive environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Management & Strategy
Manage a portfolio of 5-6 wedding industry clients
Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for each client
Collaborate with Directors on strategic planning and regular strategy reviews
Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication
Participate in monthly meetings for updates and to discuss marketing performance, strategy, content, analytics to ensure they continue to align with clients overall business goals and plans.
Content Planning & Creation
Understands unique nuances of each platform to plan & adapt content accordingly
Plan, create, and schedule content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
Generate creative content ideas aligned with each client's brand voice and aesthetic
Collaborate with Graphic Designer to optimise creative assets
Edit video content and capture behind-the-scenes footage at shoots and events
Community Management & Engagement
Monitor client social media accounts regularly
Respond to comments and messages in a timely, authentic manner
Engage proactively with audiences to build community
Maintain brand voice consistency across all interactions
Analytics & Optimisation
Track and analyse social media performance through regular monthly reporting
Monitor platform trends, industry developments, and competitor activity
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
Identify growth opportunities through data analysis
Additional Marketing Activities
Execute email marketing campaigns customised to each client
Support creative planning and execution of content shoots and campaigns for relevant clients
Update and maintain client blogs and websites as required
Perform ad-hoc duties as required by management

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Education
Minimum 2 years in social media management or similar role
Bachelor's degree in Marketing (preferred but not essential with strong experience)
Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Technical Skills
Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
Strong copywriting abilities with excellent grammar and brand voice adaptation
Competent in Canva and CapCut for basic design and video editing
Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools

Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with team

Graphic Designer
Position: Graphic Designer
Contract: Part-time - 2 Days per week
Location: Remote
Work Style: Flexible hours 2 days a week with a collaborative, remote team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design visual assets for social media clients (including posts, carousels, stories, and reels covers)
Create EDM/newsletter layouts and branded templates for social media clients
Support the team with internal and client-facing documents and presentations
Work closely with Social Media Managers and Directors to deliver high-quality, on-brand design quickly and efficiently
Interpret briefs and brand guidelines to produce polished designs across multiple brands
Participate in creative planning and support with ad-hoc design needs
Optional: Assist with larger branding or visual identity projects depending on experience and availability
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Education
Minimum 1 years in a graphic design role (agency or freelance experience preferred)
Technical Skills
Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Canva
Comfortable designing for both digital and social media formats
Strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills
Bonus if you’re familiar with platforms like Flodesk, Mailchimp & Squarespace
