Waldara is a wedding and events venue in country NSW, an authentic Australian working farm set on 800 acres of rolling pastures. Nestled between the renowned wine regions of Orange and Mudgee and the breathtaking natural wonders of the Blue Mountains, Waldara is under three hours’ drive from Canberra and Sydney. The property offers a delightful array of beautiful event locations, as well as luxurious on-site accommodation for 20 guests.

OUR GOALS
For Waldara, it was a matter of striking the perfect balance between elegant simplicity and a charming or welcoming characteristic. The colours, typography and graphic elements were carefully selected to play into Waldara’s country and farmland roots.
The colour palette is a mix of cool and warm tones and is in tune to the familiar colours of the Australian landscape, whilst the typography has commanding yet approachable characteristics that contrast beautifully against the organic line illustrations.

WEBSITE DESIGN
The updated website was designed to showcase the branding and photography in a cohesive way, creating a standout presence for Waldara.
Large banner images, graphic line elements and organic curved shapes that mimic the rolling hills of Waldara were implemented to create a truly unique website. We wanted the imagery to be a top priority, so condensing most of the important information on the home page was key. We also wanted to ensure large blocks of text were kept to a minimum, so we implemented accordion dropdowns to condense the look of the site. A simple website structure makes navigating this website easy and straightforward.
